The Industrial Development Pole of M’Banza Congo, in the province of Zaire, is strategically located between the Lunguegi and Tchetche (Siesie) neighborhoods, spanning an expansive area of 254.7 hectares. It is subdivided into two sections: area 1, covering 157 hectares, is situated on the right side along the EN120 road, in the direction of M’Banza Congo/Noqui; and area 2, encompassing 97.7 hectares, located on the left side along the EN120 road, approximately 8 kilometers away from the provincial capital.
M’Banza Congo municipality comprises four administrative communes: Kaluka, Kalambata, Nkiende, and Madimba, boasting a vibrant population of 173,850 inhabitants, primarily composed of young individuals.
