Promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MINCULTUR – Ministério da Cultura e Turismo) in collaboration with the Luanda Provincial Government, it is a true tribute to the Angolan culture. Through expressions such as music, dance, costumes, disguises, allegories, choreography and other elements, people of all ages – children, young and old – present their unique cultural manifestations.
Access to the event is by ticket purchase, providing an opportunity to celebrate the richness and cultural diversity of Angola.
